The Central Pennsylvania Guild of Handweavers (CPGH) has approximately 90 members, mostly from Pennsylvania, Maryland and West Virginia. We normally meet at 1 p.m. on the first Wednesday of each month (September through June) at the Jean Barnett Trone Memorial Library, 105 Locust Street, East Berlin, Pennsylvania, 17316. (See map below). We have informal meetings in July or August, and our June meeting is a picnic with our yarn exchange.
At most meetings, we have a program related to the fiber arts, show-and-tell of members work, "weave doctor" to help solve problems, a short business meeting, socialization, and time to shop.
The guild is pleased to offer our members an opportunity to advance their weaving skills through our guild Advancement Program. Click on the GAP Program page to learn more.
